Coffee Labs Roasters in Tarrytown is open and running with Wi-Fi available.
Warner Library in Tarrytown expects to tentatively open at noon on Tuesday, but asks residents to call 914-631-7734 before coming.
The Dobbs Ferry Public Library, the Ardsley Public Library and the Irvington Public Library remain closed Tuesday.
