What's Happening This Week in Dobbs Ferry

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – Several events are coming up this week in the village, so take a look below at what’s scheduled.

Students in kindergarten through 12th grade in the Dobbs Ferry School District will have an early dismissal Monday for parent-teacher conferences. K-2 will be dismissed at 10:45 a.m., grades three through five at 11:15 a.m. and grades six through 12 at 11 a.m.

Eighth-graders will leave Tuesday for their trip to Washington, D.C.

Several programs will be held at the Dobbs Ferry Public Library this week, including story time at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, nursery rhyme time at 11 a.m. Thursday and egg-decorating from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Friday.

The Dobbs Ferry Board of Education will meet at 7 p.m. Thursday in the high school library.

The Dobbs Ferry Planning Board will meet at 8 p.m. Thursday at Village Hall.

Dobbs Ferry schools will be closed Friday through Wednesday, April 11, for spring break.
