What's Happening in Dobbs Ferry This Week

DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. – While there are no municipal meetings scheduled in Dobbs Ferry this week there are plenty of events around town, so take a look below at what’s coming up.

Village offices will be closed on Monday in observance of President’s Day.

Mercy College will be hosting an information session Monday from 10 a.m.- 1p.m. for interested and prospective undergraduate and graduate students.

There will also be senior classes offered at the community center with Tai-chi on Monday from 11 a.m.-12 p.m., senior exercise on Wednesday from 11 a.m.-12 p.m. and senior yoga on Friday from 11 a.m.-12 p.m.

The Dobbs Ferry Library will be offering various programs throughout the week.  On Wednesday it will hold story time at 1:30 p.m. and Read Together Time Tales at 6 p.m. for kindergarten through second grade.  On Thursday there will be toddler time at 11 a.m. and a screening of Dolphin Tale at 2:30.  On Friday a book group for grades three through five will discuss The Lemonade War and at 2:30 there will be a screening of Breaking Dawn.
