Breakfast Run is a one stop event to feed indigent people and others in an NYC park, organized through the local non-profit, Midnight Run. Food items are prepared beforehand and then served by a group of adults and youth in the park.
Donations of food, toiletries, t-shirts, socks, and underwear are needed. Volunteers are also needed to go on the run itself.

All items should be labeled "For Breakfast Run" and may be dropped off at the Hastings Community Center at 44 Main Street, Hastings, this week, Monday to Friday, from 10 a.m to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 12 to 4 p.m.
There is a special need for casseroles this week. They should be in a disposable pan and dropped off at the Center on Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. or hot on Sunday morning at 7 a.m.
The run is on Sunday morning from 7:15-10:15 a.m.
