Sunnyside Federal, which serves as the community bank for Irvington, Hastings, Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley-on-Hudson, Tarrytown and Sleepy Hollow, even hosted a seminar on mortgages in an effort to educate community members. The seminar, which featured bankers and local realtors, took place on Thursday, March 30, in Tarrytown and addressed the current market conditions and options for home mortgages.

"The seminar gave people in the community insight on how the market condition is and all the different types of mortgages available," said Soliman. "We love to get involved with the community and answer any loan or finance questions they might have."

There are many financial decisions involved in purchasing or refinancing a home, so Sunnyside Federal provides personalized attention so clients can make informed and smart decisions.
