Westchester-Based Mrs. Green's Missed $150K In Payments, Companies Say

The beleaguered supermarket chain, based in Irvington, which has had to close stores and has had trouble stocking shelves, has been sued by five different companies for withholding payments of more than $150,000.

A medical company, Boiron USA, sued Mrs. Green's in September for failing to make inventory payments totaling $42,000, according to lohud.com. The Wonderful Company sued Mrs. Green's in August, claiming the store owes $50,000 for deliveries made in 2016, according to lohud.com.

Three other companies- Country Life Vitamins, Bread Alone Bakery and Tisserie Factory have settled or won judgments from the company.
