Crash Causes Delays On I-87 In Rockland

ROCKLAND COUNTY, N.Y. -- A motor-vehicle crash that initially took out the left lane caused stop-and-go delays on a stretch of southbound I-87 Sunday afternoon.

The crash, which occurred just before 2 p.m., was at Exit 14 (Route 59) in Spring Valley with delays to the Spring Valley tolls.
