Sleeping Driver Crashes Into Spring Valley Apartments, Forcing Evacuation

SPRING VALLEY, N.Y. -- A driver who fell asleep and crashed his car into a gas meter caused an evacuation at a Spring Valley apartment complex, according to a report by news12.com.

Dozens of people were forced to temporarily leave their homes at the Sleepy Hollow Garden Apartments on Hungry Hollow Road early Monday,, police told news12.com.

According to news12.com, they were allowed to go back in after it was determined that it was safe.
