Ramapo Police's Search For Fugitive Enters Fifth Year

RAMAPO, N.Y. -- The Ramapo Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating Cesar Catalan-Roca, who is wanted for driving while intoxicated.

Catalan-Roca, who is this week's #FugitiveFriday pick, is wanted on the charges that stem from an incident that occurred on New Year's Day in 2012, police said.

He is described as being 30 years old, 5-feet-6, and weighed 130 pounds at the time of his arrest.
