RAMAPO, N.Y. - More than 100 motorists have already been cited for driving under the influence in Ramapo this year as the police continue to crack down on impaired drivers.
More than 110 DWI related arrests have been made in town this year, 20 of which were of drivers who were under the influence of drugs, according to the Ramapo Police Department.
“(The Ramapo Police Department) takes DWIs very serious, and if you are driving and impaired in the town, you will be arrested,” officials cautioned.
