RAMAPO, N.Y. -- Ramapo police are asking for the public’s help in locating a suspect in a drug case.
Rashad Sutton, 29, is wanted on charges of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, police said.
He is described as black, 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighing about 220 pounds.
