All of the North Valley Regional High School students injured during a crash between two school buses on the Palisades Parkway in Rockland on Monday have been released from the hospital, according to New York State Trooper Steven Nevel.
More than 40 students were treated at two hospitals following the accident that occurred when one bus rear-ended the other while on a school trip, Nevel said.
Most of the injuries included concussions, facial cuts, scrapes and bruises, Nevel said.
The students were returning from a sophomore class day trip to Woodmont Day Camp in New City in Clarkstown.
