POMONA, N.Y. – Police are investigating an incident that occurred Saturday at Pomona Middle School in which the letters on an exterior letter board were rearranged to spell out a message that could be considered racist, reports lohud .
The original message on the letter board, which is normally locked but was left open, read “Thanksgiving. No school,” according to the report.
