Pauley, who lives in Pound Ridge, turns 66 Monday.
Pauley, a journalist, television news anchor and author, was born Oct. 31, 1950, in Indianapolis.
From 1976-89, Pauley was co-host of NBC's "Today." She also was the Sunday anchor for the "NBC Nightly News" from 1980-82.
After leaving the "Today" show, Pauley hosted "Real Life with Jane Pauley" and was deputy anchor for "NBC Nightly News."
She announced she had bipolar disorder in 2004 and published her autobiography, "Skywriting: A Life Out of the Blue" in 2004.
Pauley is married to cartoonist Garry Trudeau, creator of "Doonesbury," and they have three children.
