SUFFERN, N.Y. -- Rockland Dance & Fitness Studio in Suffern has several programs built around the holidays.

Christmas Zumba will be offered Wednesday, Dec. 23, from 7:15-8 p.m. Dance to "Jingle Bell Rock," "All I want for Christmas is You," and more. Dress up with Santa hats and reindeer ears.

There are college student specials from Dec. 20-Jan. 30. Enjoy six weeks for $60.

On Jan. 2 and 3, ring in the new year with low-fat home made muffins and mimosas. Participants must be 21 to consume mimosas
