College Of Westchester Recognizes 14 Carmel HS Students

CARMEL, N.Y. -- Carmel High School's business department honored 14 students at the College of Westchester's student success awards program on March 7 at the Marriott Hotel in Tarrytown.

Students were recognized by the program for Outstanding Achievement in Business Education and Computer Education, Outstanding Achievement in Leadership and Outstanding Determination in Business Education and Computer Education. Accompanying the students were business education teachers Christopher Conway, Mary Odell and Dave Salvo.

The following students were recognized by the program: seniors Thomas Brundage, Megan Martucci, Joseph Grippo, Matthew Saljanin; juniors Alaina Brophy, William Cassidy, Chayce Wong, McKenzie Belmont; sophomores Breanna Hennessy, Karen Rama, Meredith Jennings, Sarah Stec. Additionally, seniors Jessica Matessino and Laura Medina were presented with awards for outstanding leadership.
