These Were The Most Expensive Homes Sold In Putnam County In 2018

Putnam County was home to some of upstate New York’s most expensive properties sold in upstate New York, according to a brand new report.

Citing data from the New York State Office of Real Property Tax Services, the report found the top five most expensive homes that were sold in each county in 2018. Each residence was categorized as “one-family year-round residence.”

In Putnam, the most expensive homes sold include:

73 Indian Brook Road, Philipstown (first overall): $3.825 million.
