To the Editor:
In these times, there are some things that should be a constant. Experience. Ethics. Fairness. Integrity.
In Putnam Valley, those qualities have been demonstrated by the candidate for re-election as Town Justice, Gina Capone. She has ruled from the bench consistently without fear or favor. She has conducted her court with compassion as well, another necessary quality when dealing with the ravages of our opioid crisis, in which judicial decisions affect not only those facing the drug charges, but also their families, friends, and the community as a whole.
Justice Capone will continue to serve our Town well, and in doing so, our larger community. I urge my fellow Putnam Valley residents not only to get out and vote on Tuesday, November 7th, but also make a mark for us all -- and vote to re-elect Gina Capone.
