A 34-year-old Norwalk, Connecticut man was charged with sexually assaulting a 6-year-old child in the home where he lived as a tenant, according to the Stamford Advocate.
Cesar Santos-Najera was charged with first-degree sexual assault and two counts of risk of injury to a minor in the June 23 incident, the Advocate said.
Police told the Advocate that another child had witnessed the incident.
Santos-Najera, who listed a Stamford address as his home, was arrested on Thursday at a New Canaan restaurant, where he worked, the Advocate said.
