PATTERSON, N.Y. – A Brooklyn woman was arrested and charged with second-degree felony assault after an incident in Putnam County on Sunday morning, March 6, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded to a 911 call of a dispute on Bullet Hole Road in Patterson around 11 a.m., where a man was bleeding from the head, and an investigation found that 36-year old Erin Spillane had allegedly punched him, hit him with a flashlight and thrown a coffee cup at his head, the Sheriff's Office said.
Spillane was taken to the Putnam County Jail and held pending arraignment.
