Police: Patterson Woman Who Failed To Stay In Lane Charged With DWI

SOUTHEAST, N.Y. -- A 24-year-old Patterson woman is facing a misdemeanor count of aggravated driving while intoxicated after being caught behind the wheel with a blood alcohol content more than four times the legal limit, according to state police.

Alexandra H. O'Donnell was arrested in Southeast on Saturday after authorities measured her blood alcohol content at 0.33 percent, according to state police troopers. 

O'Donnell was pulled over after authorities noticed she was unable to stay in her lane of traffic, according to a statement from the department, .

O'Donnell was later released without bail, police said. She is too appear in Southeast Town Court at a later date.
