Officers from the Kent Police responded to East Lakeshore Drive in Lake Carmel at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8, where there was a report of a crash, officials said.
Upon arrival, first responders found the driver, Kent resident James Agor, unresponsive in the vehicle.
Police said that Agor was trapped inside his vehicle, and paramedics at the scene were unable to revive him once he was freed from the driver’s seat. Agor was pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
