Man, 24, Charged In Stabbing At Bull and Barrel In Brewster

BREWSTER, N.Y. -- A Peekskill man is facing multiple charges following an alleged armed assault at Bull and Barrel restaurant on Route 22 in Brewster, according to New York State Police. 

Robert A. Petrocine, 24, allegedly stabbed a 25-year-old man in the arm during an altercation. When authorities arrived, Petrocine allegedly tried to flee the scene in a Jeep, police said. 

Petrocine was a passenger in the vehicle and was detained without incident. He was arraigned on second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon charges. Petrocine was held on $100,000 cash bail or $200,000 bond, police said. 

The stabbing victim was taken to Putnam Hospital for non-life threatening injuries, police said. 

Petrocine is scheduled to appear in Southeast Court on Friday, police said.
