Police are on the lookout and enlisting the help of the public in the search for a female suspect who allegedly opened a Verizon Wireless account using an upstate woman’s personal information, stealing thousands of dollars.

Police seek to identify female suspect wanted for allegedly opening fraudulent Verizon account and obtaining $2.5k of Apple products at store in Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall

Police say the fraudulent account of the victim from Massena was opened at the Cellular Sales Store in the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall on Tuesday, Jan. 29. The suspect also obtained an estimated $2,500 worth of Apple products.
