Putnam Humane Society Seeks Owner Of Dog Found In Garrison

GARRISON, N.Y. -- A male dog was found on Routes 9 and 403 in Garrison. 

The dog is microchipped, but the Putnam Humane Society in Carmel, where the dog is being housed, is unable to reach owner at this time. Share and call the Putnam Humane Society with any information to help reunite this dog with its owner.
