I am writing to convey my strong support and endorsement of Bonnie Schwartz and her re-election to the Town Board. I am a 17 year Pound Ridge resident and I had the fortunate pleasure of meeting Bonnie a few years ago. What strikes you first about Bonnie is her amazing energy, her positive attitude, and her love of the Pound Ridge community. It didn’t take me long to discover her generous spirit, selflessness and dedication to our community for over 20 years.

Bonnie is a passionate supporter of our local businesses, and she motivated me to “shop first” in Pound Ridge. I work in NYC and admit that I don’t have much free time to participate in community affairs, and Bonnie has instilled in me a sense of getting more involved. These are just a few of her gifts.

I am in awe of the abundance of organizations, clubs and activities Bonnie volunteers for and is a member of including: The Lions Club, the Office of Emergency Management, Recreation Department, to name a few. She has substantial and outstanding accomplishments during her first tenure as Councilwoman including heading up the organ donor drive on behalf of LiveonNY and Northern Westchester Hospital; serving as Liaison to the Drug and Alcohol Prevention Council; getting sponsors for the annual 5K race to offset the town costs; and she is a major participant in cleaning up the roadways of our beautiful and bucolic town.

Bonnie is devoted and committed to the residents of Pound Ridge and I feel confident knowing she is looking out for our best interests. On November 7, please join me in voting for Bonnie, and the team of Lyman-Marchetti-Damascus.
