WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- Maintenance crews on Interstate 684 avoided being hit after a state dump truck was hit by a car carrier on Wednesday near Exit 3 in Armonk.
A collision on Interstate 684 moved a parked dump truck nearly 50 feet.

The force of the impact moved the dump truck approximately 50 feet forward and spun it around. Workers had to jump out of the way to avoid being hit, Department of Transportation officials said.
No injuries were reported.
