POUND RIDGE, N.Y. The Pound Ridge Planning Board accepted three applications for residential site plan reviews last week and offered a two month extension for a residential site plan approval.
The applications for residential site plan reviews include:
- The Wong property at 241 Stone Hill Road: The application is for constructing a screened porch and mudroom addition to the existing home, which would exceed the maximum lot coverage threshold for an R-3A zoning district. The property is 5.74 acres.
- The Brountas property at 6 Fancher Road: The application seeks to construct a 288-square-foot unheated kids play cabin, which would exceed the maximum building and lot coverage threshold for an R-2A zoning district. The property is 7.9 acres.
- The Levine property at 265 Salem Road: The applicants seek to build an in-ground pool, terrace, pool equipment and subsurface, storm water migration system for runoff and pool down-drain that would exceed the maximum lot coverage threshold for an R-2A zoning district. The property is 2.073 acres.
- The board granted a request for a two month extension on a site plan approval at the Brokaw property at 43 South Bedford Road. The plan calls for the construction of an accessory apartment over a three-car garage. The original approval expired on Dec. 9, 2011 and the applicants were given an extension to Feb. 9, 2012. This requests extends the approval to April 9.
