New Update: Search Of Home Leads To Child Porn Charges For Sayville 23-Year-Old

Daniel Forsberg, of Sayville, was arrested following a search of his North Cliff Avenue home on Wednesday, March 22, according to Suffolk County Police.

Investigators uncovered more than 100 images of child pornography on Forsberg’s electronic devices, police said.

The search stemmed from a tip from the New York State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

Forsberg is charged with the following:

• Promoting a sexual performance by a child (felony)
• Possessing a sexual performance by a child (felony)

He is scheduled to be arraigned at First District Court in Central Islip on Thursday, March 23.
