POUND RIDGE, N.Y. – The Gallery at the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation will feature the photography and digital art of William and Maureen McCann in an exhibit titled “Earth Tones” that opens Saturday.
William McCann and his wife, Maureen, concentrate on the wonders of nature, although they do it in different ways. He uses digital photography to convey the serenity of the landscape, while she looks at the natural habitat in a more interpretative, even abstract, fashion.
An opening reception with light refreshments will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday. The exhibit will continue to be on view daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. until Saturday, June 22.
The Ward Pound Ridge Reservation is on Route 121, just south of Route 35 in Cross River. For more information, go to the website.
