Residents Protest Opening Of New Store By Westchester Smoke Shop Owner Dozens of residents of a Bergen County town are petitioning to keep a new store by a Westchester smoke shop owner from opening in town and hope to ultimately change ordinances around smoke, vape and legalized marijuana sales in the town as other local municipalities have done.
