'Dangerous' Suspect Fires Shots By Public Parking Lot, Hides Behind Car In Port Chester: Police A Fairfield County man faces charges after firing shots near a public parking lot in Westchester and trying to avoid arrest by fleeing officers, police said.  The incident happened on Monday morning, March 27 in Port Chester when officers responded to the Marina parking lot at 51 Abendroth Ave. after it was reported that shots were fired in the area, according to Port Chester Police.  After arriving at the scene, officers eventually found the suspect crouching behind a parked vehicle.
