Gerardo Costanza, 32, of Leonard Street in Port Chester, faces larceny charges along with unlicensed driving and being a fugitive from justice after being caught on Byram Road at around 4 a.m., according to Greenwich Time.

Costanza was being held on $275,000 bail, according to Greenwich Time.
