The programs are the following:
- Sunday, April 10, from 1-3:30 p.m. "Family Wellness Hike Promotes Healthy Choices." This is a high-energy family-friendly nature walk at Westchester Wilderness Walk/Zofnass Family Preserve in Pound Ridge. Participants can learn more about the merits of diet and exercise for both physical and mental well-being and gain a deeper understanding of the relationship between environmental health and human health. Rain date: Sunday, April 24.
- Wednesday, May 11, from 10 a.m.-noon. "Walking Meditation for Health & Healing." A guided meditation will be offered at Pine Croft Meadow Preserve in Waccabuc. Rain Date: Wednesday, May 18.
