PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Student athletes were the first to move into the newly built Elm Hall Aug. 24 at Pace University.
The 272-bed residence hall with residential suites, classrooms and offices is part of a $100 million transformation of the campus.
The regular student body will move into Elm Hall Monday, Sept. 5.
The project, which began in 2013 includes an Environmental Center, Alumni and Elm residence halls, the expansion of the Kessel Student Center, the new Ianniello Athletics Field House and Softball field, converted baseball and football fields to synthetic turf and a campus green.
