Jermaine Powell of Port Chester was arrested on Friday, Feb. 15, after Greenwich Police were called to a home in Byram for a report of a verbal altercation, said Greenwich Police.
When officers arrived they found that Powell had violated an order the two victims had filed against him by being at the residence, police said.
He was charged with violation of a protective order and held on $1,000 bond.
