Four Westchester teens were arrested after allegedly charging thousands on a stolen credit card at the Jefferson Valley Mall.

The four, including Jarron Williams, 19, of Mogehan Lake; Anton Birnel, 19, of Peekskill, and two underage juveniles, were arrested around 8 p.m., Saturday, June 15, after Yorktown Police received a call from a resident saying his credit card company had notified him his card was being used for numerous purchases at the mall, said the Yorktown Police. The other two arrested were juveniles whose names were not released.

Officers responded to the mall and then visited the stores the card was used and were able to get descriptions of the those involved. Officers searched the mall and found the four suspects within minutes.

An investigation into their purchases found the four had allegedly charged more than $1,000 at the Piercing Padoga; and under a $1,000 at both the Foot Locker and H&M, police said.

They were charged with grand larceny, identity theft, petty larceny, and giving false names to the police. Williams and Birnel were also charged with possession of marijuana.

Williams and Birnel were held on $15,000, one juvenile was released to parents, and the other was held.

They are scheduled to appear in court on Thursday, June 20.
