PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- A box truck struck the overpass on the southbound Saw Mill River Parkway at Manville Road in Pleasantville Tuesday morning, causing the right lane to be blocked and heavy delays before the incident was cleared by 8:30 a.m.
Traffic was stopped in the area of the incident, which was reported at 7:15 a.m., and backups extended to Route 120 (Exit 32).
