PLEASANTVILLE, N.Y. -- Arc Stages will be presenting the premiere of "Love/Sick," a new play by Broadway star John Cariani at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 25.
"Love/Sick" is the follow-up to Cariani’s critically acclaimed "Almost, Maine" and is a one-act, nine-play cycle that explores the intricacies of love and loss. Also an actor, Cariani currently is starring as Nigel Bottom in the Tony-nominated "Something Rotten!" on Broadway.
"Love/Sick" is the debut production of Arc Stages' professional company, The Next Stage, which premiered earlier this year. The Next Stage will focus on new, innovative work by a wide variety of exciting and talented authors. It is the third wing of the company, which also includes a thriving Educational Stage and Community Stage.
