10th Cuomo Accuser Says Others Called Her His 'New Girlfriend' After He Toured Flood Damage
A 10th woman has come forward to accuse New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo of sexual misconduct, alleging that he forcefully kissed her on both cheeks when first meeting her while assessing flood damage in upstate homes four years ago.
