PELHAM, N.Y. -- A bit of construction chaos continues in Pelham, but the Pelham Public School District aims to increase pedestrian safety around Pelham Memorial High School.

The district noted that it had worked with three municipalities on the project, which "includes a designated drop-off area, more signage at the crosswalks and additional parking spaces in the circle."
