Traffic Stop Leads To Gun Charge For Stratford Men

STRATFORD, Conn. -- A Stratford driver who didn't use his blinker was charged with his passenger for having a gun in the car, according to the Connecticut Post.

Stratford Police pulled over a vehicle on Boston Avenue Wednesday night for failing to signal and during the investigation found a gun under one of the seats, according to the Connecticut Post.

Christian Kennedy, 24 and Hasani Dixon, 21 the driver and passenger respectively were both charged for transferring the firearm in the vehicle without having a permit, according to the Connecticut Post. 

Kennedy was also charged with assaulting a police officer, as well as the original charge of failing to signal, according to the Connecticut Post.
