Cornwall Man Drove With BAC More Than Twice Legal Limit, Police Say

CORNWALL, N.Y. – A Cornwall man is facing felony drunk driving charges after being pulled over with a BAC that was more than twice the legal limit, according to the Times Herald-Record.

Dean Terrizzi, 25, was pulled over in Newburgh after police observed him speeding and failing to maintain his lane of travel.  Terrizzi was driving with a suspended license and was found to have a BAC of .22 percent, the Times Herald-Record said. 

Terrizzi was arraigned on charges of aggravated driving while intoxicated and aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle. He was taken to Orange County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail, the Record reported.
