Alec Baldwin has pleaded guilty to harassing a Hudson Valley man after he was involved in an altercation over a parking lot in Manhattan.

The actor pleaded guilty to second-degree harassment and was ordered to enter a short-term anger management program, the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office announced on Wednesday. He will not serve any time or be placed on probation. Baldwin must also pay court-imposed fees.

On Friday, Nov. 2 last year, Baldwin and Wojciech Cieszkowski, a 49-year-old construction business owner from Pearl River were involved in an altercation in Greenwich Village. Baldwin was initially charged with attempted assault and harassment, leading to the guilty plea on the latter charge.

Cieszkowski has reportedly alleged that Baldwin punched him, which the actor has denied.

"Normally, I would not comment on something as egregiously misstated as today's story. However, the assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false. I wanted to go on the record stating as much,” he posted on Twitter last year.

"The assertion that I punched anyone over a parking spot is false. I wanted to go on the record stating as much, I realize that it has become a sport to tag people with as many negative charges and defaming allegations as possible for the purposes of clickbait entertainment Fortunately, no matter how reverberating the echoes, it doesn’t make the statements true.”

Baldwin has had trouble with his anger in the past. He was thrown off a flight in 2011 when he refused to turn off his cellphone, has been caught on recordings shouting at his daughter and he has had incidents with photographers in the past.
