Skip Is SPCA Pet Of The Week

BRIARCLIFF, N.Y. -- Skip, an 18-month old retriever mix, is looking for his forever home.

The SPCA of Westchester, located in Briarcliff said Skip is an all-around nice guy.

"Happy, friendly, cuddly and loving, he will make a fabulous friend to one lucky adopter," the SPCA said.

Skip gets along well with other dogs and has lots of energy, the SPCA said, though he is not a fan of cats.

He'll need to stay on the calm side until September while he finishes up treatment for heartworm; the SPCA said.
