VALHALLA, N.Y. -- Chicken soup is not just for curing colds. But it IS a great winter warmer when the weather outside dips below what's comfortable.
Kara Newman, who writes about cocktail trends for Valhalla-based Wine Enthusiast , is a big fan of the Chicken Soup Hot Toddy, a boozy broth made with chicken stock, ladled hot into a brandy snifter with Nolet’s Gin.
This drink comes courtesy of Johnny Swet, partner and mixologist, JIMMY at The James in Manhattan.
