Drunken Woman Attempts To Enter Area Home, Police Say Police intervention was required at an area home during an early morning incident involving an allegedly drunk woman. The North Castle Police Department received a complaint from a resident of Washington Avenue in White Plains before 8:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 22, of a drunken woman who attempted to trespass into the home. Police said that the caller stated the Hispanic woman was wearing a silver coat, wandering on her property and attempting to get into the residence. Woman Hospitalized After 'Engaging In Dangerous Behavior' In North Castle A woman in an independent living facility was hospitalized in Westchester after “engaging in dangerous behavior.” An employee at a facility on Washington Avenue in White Plains reported to police on Tuesday, Oct. 23 that a resident was acting odd and was potentially off her medication. The employee indicated that the resident was acting dangerously and required police assistance.
