YORKTOWN, N.Y. - A Peekskill man has been arrested after he was allegedly intoxicated over the legal limit while operating a vehicle.
Yorktown Police arrested Manuel Zhinin, 25, for driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .08, and operating a vehicle without a license. Zhinin was arrested at 3:53 a.m. on June 26 after police responded to a report of a disabled vehicle. When Yorktown Police arrived to the scene at Rt. 202 and Madison Ct., they discovered there was property damage to one car and the driver of that vehicle, Zhinin, was intoxicated. He was released on $200 cash bail and due to appear in court on July 26.
