OSSINING, N.Y. - The KJ Denhert concert at the Louis Engel Waterfront Park has been postponed due to storms in the area.
The concert, which was set for Friday as a part of the Ossining Waterfront Concert series has been rescheduled for 7 p.m., Aug. 25, Ossining officials said. The concert series is organized through the Waterfront Visioning Committee. The concert for Powderfinger is still scheuled for Aug. 17.
Last year, several acts were forced to go to the Ossining Public Library because of rain, but that is not an option this year.
This year, its weather permitting so were hopeful its going to stay dry," said Ray Prisament previously. Prisament is the chair of the Waterfront Visioning Committee. "Last year, we had some great concerts but unfortunately some were rained out. Now, we have a few more acts and a wider variety and we just need the weather to stay clear.
