OSSINING, N.Y. - The Ossining High School softball team opened the 2016 season Wednesday, traveling to take on the Rams of Port Chester.
It was the home team that got the best of this one, picking up a 15-4 victory, with Port Chester's Carsen Swallen earning the win. Sam Villazan pitched well in taking the loss for the Pride.
Ossining coach Jesse Nunes said he believes his team is ready to have a good spring season.
